What We Collect

BowlBook collects the information you provide when creating an account (email address and name) and the bowling data you enter into the app (sessions, scores, balls, locations, leagues, drills, and related notes). We do not collect any information passively beyond what is required to operate the app.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features — displaying your stats, history, and trends. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data in any way. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your account is protected by email-based authentication.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete all of your bowling data or your entire account at any time from within the app's Settings screen.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database and authentication services. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy. We do not integrate with any advertising networks or analytics platforms that collect personal data.

Children's Privacy

BowlBook is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to delete your personal data at any time. From the Settings screen within the app you have two options:

Delete All My Data — permanently removes every session, game, score, ball, location, league, and drill. Your account remains active.
Delete My Account — permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This cannot be undone or recovered.

If you have any trouble deleting your account, please email us at cs@bowlbook.app and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
